Flawless Photo respects the intellectual property rights of others. We claim no ownership rights in any image submitted by you and will not share your images unless instructed by you or otherwise required by law or permitted under a separate agreement with you.

None of the sites within the Flawless Photo network are directed to children under the age of 13. We operate our network of sites in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and do not intend for submission of photos, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age. Please do not attempt to conduct business with Flawless Photo if you are under the age of 13.

Some of the services we offer may require you to pay a charge or fee, as described in the Pricing page, where those items are offered. In such a case, you agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in U.S. dollars. We may, upon notice if required, at any time change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fee or charge, or institute new fees or charges. All fees and charges are payable in accordance with payment terms in effect at the time the fee or the charge becomes payable.

The Flawless Photo goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, we will take any steps in order to meet your expectations. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. Please know that digital files do not have a wide latitude for adjustment in terms of resolution or improper exposure. In addition, please preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing your order.

You must have the legal right to all of the images you upload, share or copy with Flawless Photo. Images provided to you by professional photographers protected by copyright laws, unless they have been taken specifically for your use. Otherwise, they should not be uploaded or shared in any fashion.

The following actions will constitute grounds for blocking access to the Flawless Photo service, removal of posted material and non-fulfillment of your order (or any part of your order).

• Uploading, posting, ordering for print, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
  
• Harming minors in any way, including, but not limited to, content that violates federal and state child pornography laws, child exploitation laws and laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual conduct;
  
• Uploading, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the func tionality of any computer software;
  
• Interfering with or disrupting (or attempting to interfere with or disrupt) this site or servers or networks connected to this site, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to this site;
  
• Providing any information to Flawless Photo that is false or misleading, that attempts to hide your identity or that you do not have the right to disclose.

When you or we end your customer relationship with us, we will treat the information we have about you as if you were still our customer.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. IN ADDITION, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE CONTENT ON OUR SITES. OUR SITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ANY MATERIAL THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH OUR SITES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
