The order form has a built in upload feature for you to send us your photo. After your order has been sent to us, your photo will be assigned to one of our artists that specializes in your specific needs. The image will then be sent back to you for approval. [This will be at a lower resolution than the final product] Any modifications can be made, simply respond with any alterations needed. This can be done an infinite number of times free of charge. We want to make sure the photo is everything you want it to be. If everything meets your demands you will be asked for the full payment. You will promptly receive your final image in full resolution.

What file formats are acceptable?
JPEG is the most common, but we can also accept TIFF, PNG, and GIF.

I have printed photos, how do I get them onto the computer?
You must first scan your photos onto your hard drive or onto a computer disk using a scanner, or download pictures from your digital camera to your computer.
If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, you can simply take it to any copy center and they will help you scan the image to a disk. Make sure you tell them to scan at 300dpi (dots per inch).

Can I mail a printed photo?
At this time we do not accept printed photos.  We only handle digital photos.

What form of payment can I use?
When the service is completed to your specifications you will be sent an invoice through PayPal. How you handle the payment is up to you. If you already have a PayPal account, you’re all set. If not, it is very easy to pay with a credit card or bank account.

Is your work guaranteed?
100%. With unlimited proofs free of charge, we will work one on one with you until your photos are absolutely perfect.

How long will it take to complete my order?
Most orders can be completed in two to three days. If extensive repair is needed a few additional days may be needed.
